How did we did it

  • The subject of this project is the design of the reconstruction of the production facility as well as the design of the extension of the warehouse facility within the complex of the "Alfa Plam" company in Vranje.

    The reconstruction of the production facility requires the removal and demolition of the existing damaged and endangered structure with a new reinforced concrete prefabricated construction. The reconstruction of the production facility covers an area of 92.85x39.70. The height of the hall is h=11,5 m.

  • The construction of the extension of the warehouse facility continues on the existing warehouse facility. The added part has exactly the same shape as the existing one, the only difference is that the structure of the existing one is steel and the new one is reinforced concrete, and the level of the floor panel of the added part is lowered to the level of the new production hall. The structure consists of transverse and longitudinal AB frames. The basic dimensions of the building are 19,40x36,18m.

    The new hall is located between the two existing buildings. It is necessary to pay attention when excavating the ground next to the existing foundations, in order not to jeopardize the stability of the existing building as well as the construction of the new building itself.

  • Both buildings (as well as the new reconstruction hall and the extension) are founded on "single" foundations under each pillar and connected by foundation perimeter beams in the longitudinal direction. Groundwater is not expected.
