How did we did it

  • Designing and construction of indoor swimming pools within the Izvor hotel in Arandjelovac, for the investor - Alco group LLC from Belgrade. The building is of irregular shape in its base, with a total area of about 6,000 m2 and is a separate unit within the hotel complex. It was built in several levels, with a total height of 15.50m, with a central dome spanning 20m.

  • The construction is semi-prefabricated, with slanted prefabricated trussed supports that make up the structure of the roof dome. These trussed were post-tensioned in situ.

  • The elements consist of RC precast columns with a hexagonal cross-section, RC precast "TT" slabs classically reinforced, that make up the construction of the beach and pool gallery, then roof RC truss girders post-tensioned on site.
